The apartments are situated at the entrance of Mandre, a charming and peaceful tourist resort on the Island of Pag, just a few kilometers from the vibrant town of Novalja and the famous Zrće Beach. Mandre, located on the southern coast of Pag, is a popular holiday destination offering stunning views of the nearby islands of Maun and Škrda, as well as numerous hidden bays, sandy shores, and rocky beaches. The town is conveniently accessible, just a 10-minute drive from Novalja and about an hour from Zadar. Zrće Beach, located 4 kilometers from Mandre, is a must-visit destination known for its unique atmosphere and lively energy. As one of the most beautiful beaches in the region, it features a shingle coastline that accommodates thousands of visitors during peak season. The crystal-clear waters have a steep descent, making them deep near the shore. Visitors can enjoy a variety of sports, recreation, and entertainment options, as well as high-quality restaurants and world-famous nightclubs, which offer nonstop entertainment well into the night. The holiday house consists of two identical, separate apartments, each offering 75 sqm of living space. Each apartment features two bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a living room, a bathroom with a shower, and a private terrace with a grill. The apartment is fully furnished and includes air conditioning for a comfortable stay. The entrance is located on the ground floor, leading directly into the living room, which includes a sofa bed for an additional guest, a dining area with seating for six, a TV, and access to a 15 sqm covered terrace with garden furniture. Each of the two bedrooms is furnished with a double bed. The kitchen area is equipped with a gas stove with two burners, an electric cooker with two cooking plates, an extractor hood, and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment. The bathroom includes a shower, a washbasin, and a toilet.
